My goal as a clinician

is to help my clients to live healthier, happier lives. Frequently, people may find themselves merely enduring their circumstances. Therapy serves as a catalyst for individuals to gain insight into the aspects of their lives that they may be overlooking or undervaluing. My therapeutic approach is to help clients explore their belief systems, whether about themselves, others, or the world. I've also found that we often create subconscious strategies to manage our pain, anxiety, and trauma. While they served us at one point, we may now find them to be more challenging than helpful. I hope to help you create something new.

I view therapy as a collaborative relationship where I will help you to achieve what is most important to you. I also take a holistic approach to mental health. I engage in Existential-Humanistic Theory, as well as Interpersonal Process Therapy. I am also trained in Walk and Talk Therapy and have my Adventure Therapy Certificate. If either of those are of interest to you, reach out and I can explain more what these might look like!
