I believe healing occurs through authentic, empathic connection. My approach centers on the therapeutic relationship, creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I work in a collaborative, nonjudgmental, and engaged way, supporting you to explore your inner world.
I practice from an Existential-Humanistic perspective, which means I support clients to examine their lived experience in an honest and meaningful way. Together, we may explore themes of meaning, purpose, identity, freedom and responsibility. I believe in each person’s innate capacity to create meaningful change in their lives and aim to support clients in strengthening self-trust, deepening insight, and moving forward with clarity. I meet clients where they are at, integrating mindfulness, strengths-based, narrative, and trauma-informed approaches to best support individual needs.
My previous experience spans 10 years across mental health, outdoor education, and wellness facilitation, including working in wilderness therapy, executive function coaching, domestic violence and foster care settings. I have worked with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and interpersonal challenges. Life can feel overwhelming, leaving you feeling uncertain or disconnected. Together, we can work to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters to you.
