Individual & Telehealth Therapy in Utah.
we think all styles of talk therapy have the potential to serve any open and willing person well. With that said, we view mental health from a trauma-informed lens. We believe that there are underlying issues to every presenting problem. We feel that if we can explore the root causes, we may be able to eradicate not only the presenting problem(s) someone comes to therapy with, but also explore and gain awareness into deep-seated patterns and behaviors, which often promotes more lasting change. Because of the diversity of our clinical backgrounds and education, our clinical team has various approaches to counseling work and practices from many different theoretical orientations.
