About Jamie

Jamie Duke, LCSW (she/her)

Clinical Supervisor

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe exploring your thoughts and emotions without judgment. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, I’ll meet you with warmth and curiosity as we work toward healing and growth. I specialize in trauma work and welcome clients of all identities, with the intention that everyone feels seen and understood in our sessions.

I integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and Internal Family Systems, drawing from my Level 1 training in IFS to support deeper parts work. I also incorporate values-based therapy within a person-centered, collaborative approach. I do not believe there is something wrong with you. Many of the patterns that feel frustrating or overwhelming once helped you survive. In our work, we will move at a pace that respects your nervous system, focusing on helping you reconnect with your own clarity, steadiness, and self-energy.

I understand that coming to and navigating therapy can be overwhelming and I'm here to support you. My role is to walk alongside you as we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and help you build trust in yourself again.
