I am passionate

about mental health care and I believe in people’s resiliency and strength to overcome difficult challenges and experiences. It can be complicated to speak vulnerably with those close to us in our personal lives and therapy can be a great tool to practice vulnerability and self-reflection. I have been practicing as a therapist since 2015 and graduated from Westminster College in 2016 with a MA in Mental Health Counseling. I practice from a person-centered framework while I conceptualize clients using my insight-oriented training, in practice with my clients I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I have been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I have experience treating mood disorders, substance use disorders, trauma, Autism, attachment/relationship issues, and more. I work with individuals across the lifespan (ages 2 and up). I look forward to hearing from you and working together.
