I honor the strength and courage

it requires to ask for help. As a therapist, I am dedicated to creating a safe space for my clients to work through the challenges they are facing. My commitment to my clients is to work with you collaboratively and compassionately as you reclaim your life, discover your meaning, and find fulfillment. My passion lies in supporting individuals, couples, and families as they embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. I view each client as a unique individual, capable of navigating life's challenges and discovering their own capacity for joy and purpose.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in existential and cognitive behavioral perspectives. Drawing from existential philosophy, I guide clients in exploring questions of meaning, authenticity, and freedom, helping them to uncover their deepest values and aspirations. Simultaneously, I integrate cognitive-behavioral techniques to address the practical challenges and negative thought patterns that may be hindering their growth. However, I also utilize other evidence-based therapeutic methodologies that are the best fit for each client and their needs. Together, we will navigate difficult emotions, confront limiting beliefs, and develop practical skills to thrive in the face of adversity.
