At Mountain Valley Counseling we aim to provide high-quality, consistent, safe, and affirmative outpatient mental health care to the greater Utah population(s). We accept several insurance plans. One of our main goals is to eliminate as many barriers as we can to create more access to quality mental health care. Our physical office location is in South Jordan, Utah. We also provide teletherapy services to expand our reach not only across the Wasatch Front, but to all of Utah. With telehealth, we can see anyone located anywhere in Utah.
We believe all people should be able to access quality mental health care, regardless of race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, gender identity, sexuality etc.
