My passion

as a therapist is to help clients cultivate self-compassion and autonomy to face life’s challenges. I strive to make therapy a place where clients feel safe and empowered to make positive changes. I use elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy to meet various needs and employ techniques that will work for each unique client.

I believe all clients deserve kindness, empathy, and unconditional positive regard and that these elements of therapy have a powerful impact on each client’s ability to grow. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, faith transitions, attachment issues, trauma, and more. I am passionate about working with teenagers and adults across the lifespan. In working closely with individual client values, I believe we can work together to create a treatment plan that will serve your unique needs.
