Everyone deserves a place

to feel understood and accepted unconditionally. My top priority as a therapist is to create a safe and supportive space for my clients to work through and overcome challenges they are facing. Building trust with your therapist is key to embarking on your journey of growth and self-discovery. Compassion and empathy are core to who I am, and I bring these attributes to each session to develop an authentic connection with my clients. Whether you are struggling with trauma, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, domestic violence, grief and/or loss, I’m here to work with individuals and couples in the healing process.

In clinical practice, I work from Humanistic, Interpersonal Process, and Psychodynamic treatment modalities and am trained in Motivational Interviewing. Just as life and humans are ever-evolving, I understand the needs of my clients may change throughout our time together and may utilize various methodologies to adapt to my clients’ needs.

I am a member of the LGBTQ+ Affirmative Therapist Guild of Utah, and use a multicultural lens to support individuals across all socioeconomic, racial, sexual orientation, and cultural identities.

In addition to regular clinical services, I specialize in gender affirming care and offer letters of support for the transgender population. This is a service not covered by insurance.
