Drama in relationships can be eliminated by setting boundaries

Drama Triangle

Also known as relationship triangles.  Persecutor, rescuer and victim are the common 3 roles people often cycle through.

Grieving and loss

Grieving=Acceptance and forgiveness.

Grieving is crucial in mental health. Not only grieving for literal death and loss, which is very important, but rather grieving losses of what people are not, what things are not, what once was etc. This process is so important in finding peace and getting to a place of acceptance and forgiveness.

Boundaries make relationships last.

Boundaries are essential in relationships and make them sustainable. If you can respect and care for yourself by way of boundaries, it opens a space to truly care for others in a much more profound and unburdened way.
