Grieving and loss

Grieving=Acceptance and forgiveness. Grieving is crucial in mental health. Not only grieving for literal death and loss, which is very important, but rather grieving losses of what people are not, what things are not, what once was etc. This process is so important in finding peace and getting to a place of acceptance and forgiveness.
