Utah controlled substance addiction on the rise.

Utah pill addiction and overdose related deaths on the rise. Utah doctors prescribe controlled substances at a higher rate than many other states.  Utah’s predomintately religious culture views taking illicit substances different from taking controlled substances with a prescription. Are they different? Are people looking for doctors to validate their drug use/abuse? You decide.
