Psychoanalysis really works.
Old school therapy is evidence-based treatment. The new age solution focused treatments used to say they were the only evidence-based treatments. We have found that to be false. Further more, long term and deeper work that requires insight leaves people with more lasting change.

Mental illness. Are we all ailed with it? Why is there so much shame around it?
